    Responsibilities

    • Completes housekeeping and floor care functions in both residents’ rooms and apartments as well as the common areas of the community.
    • Maintains a clean, safe, comfortable, and attractive area for our residents and guests.
    • Provides outstanding customer service to all customers in accordance with our overall philosophy of Person Centered Care.

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years old and possess high school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous housekeeping experience preferred
    • At least one year working in housekeeping at a hotel, hospital or senior living community strongly preferred
    • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language and be able to follow written and oral instructions
    • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and general public
    • Must be able to push, pull, lift 50 lbs regularly and occasionally push up to 150 lbs and move equipment, supplies, etc. throughout the work day
    • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
