Marjorie P. Lee Retirement Community, voted as one of the top retirement communities on the east side, is currently seeking part-time Servers for the Dining Services team. Our servers are responsible for providing our residents and their guests with a fine dining experience. The qualified candidate should exhibit outstanding customer service skills and a desire to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and availability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekdays and weekends.

•Ensures that the Dining Room is set up according to ERS standards for meals
•Serves meals to residents and their guests
•Busses, wipes down and resets tables and chairs
•Prepares trays and delivers to residents as requested
•Cleans and maintains dining room (beverage stations, serving stations, vacuuming)
•Provides outstanding customer service to all customers in accordance with our overall philosophy of Person Centered Care
•Flexibility and availability to work various hours
•Server experience helpful but will train
•Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language
•Must be able to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
•Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
•Must be able to bend, stoop, lift (up to 25 lbs) on a regular basis
•Must be able to maintain regular attendance
