We are currently seeking candidates for part-time Dining Room Servers at Deupree House. The primary purpose of the position is to provide assistance in all aspects of dining services, and provide outstanding customer service to our residents.


The Deupree House retirement community, located in Cincinnati’s Hyde Park neighborhood, offers residents fine dining and gracious senior living on their terms. Deupree House offers residents an amazing place to call home. Person-centered care is the common thread that runs throughout all ERS communities.   • Provides outstanding customer service to all customers in accordance with ERS’s expectations and values
  • Assists in the preparation or service of food, in accordance with sanitary regulations, and as assigned
  • Cultivates effective and respectful relationships with residents, families and staff
  • Assures that safety regulations are followed
  • Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties.
  • As an ERS team member, upholds the philosophy of Person Centered Care while performing duties; whenever possible, acts to restore and/or provide Purpose, Choice and Freedom to our residents.



  • Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in the English language and follow written/oral instructions.
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions 
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift (up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis for serving staff
