We are currently seeking an individual as a Marketing Support Coordinator to provide administrative support for the ERS Marketing team. The Marketing Support Coordinator will be responsible for the creation of written materials for collateral, advertisements, videos, online publications, websites and more.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the annual process to develop the marketing plan, budget and advertising campaign
  • Enters data into spreadsheets and provides analysis of company information, competitive information and industry trends
  • Organize marketing and public relations materials
  • Write copy for collateral, advertisements, videos, online publications, websites and more
  • Participates in partner activities sometimes acting as primary contact, and helps coordinate and monitor projects including ad agencies, research companies, publishers, mail houses, printers, PR firms, etc.
  • Act as a resource and support for internal clients on communications, marketing and sales projects
  • Assist with tracking and record keeping of related marketing and sales programs and materials
  • Work in a support role to create ERS marketing pieces that are produced in-house such as brochures, sales materials, displays and posters and assists with special communication projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communication, English or related degree or related experience required
  • Minimum of two years relevant preferred
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience writing advertisements and collateral preferred
  • Basic computer skills as well as Microsoft Office required and Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Knowledge of health care and familiarity of working with older adults preferred
